When can I learn to say NO?

I'm angry with myself.

First, Dunno how to protect myself
Then always bullied by pple and will never stand up for myself.
Next, will never learn how to say NO towards pple.
N will just keep quiet when taken granted for.

Its something which its in me and I need to change asap.
I cannot keep blaming pple for taking me for granted. I just had to do smt abt it.
I hate myself for letting pple do such things to me.
Its time for me to protect myself!

STOP taking me for granted pple.
My parents taught me to be nice is NOT for u to make use.
Its for u to reflect, learn and be a nice person back.

What goes around comes around. Its a matter of now or later.
